Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery methods within the UK:
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. The delivery charge for Standard Delivery is £3.99. This service is provided by Royal Mail.
UK Next Day Delivery: Guaranteed next working day delivery. The delivery charge for UK Next Day Delivery is £5.99. This service is provided by Royal Mail
Monday - Thursday: Orders placed before 5.30pm, selecting next day delivery, will be received the next day.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address details when placing an order. We will not be liable for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
RETURNS
We hope you love your new items from "I am a Krank"! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, excluding the delivery charge, in accordance with S.I 484/2013- European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings, or any beauty products.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returned items with makeup/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass our necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to have the item returned to you.
To ensure a refund, the item must be returned in perfect condition and within the specified time frame, starting from the date on your delivery note. Items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address, but at your own cost.
When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return on your delivery note. You must return your delivery note with the item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods. Please note that intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from "I am a Krank." If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

2.1 To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

- The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Keep the tracking details of the returned item for reference.
- Refund Process
4.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4.2 If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within [number of days] to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3 Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Exchanges
5.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on the specific circumstances.
- Non-Returnable Items
7.1 The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized hoodies, jumpers, and tees (if they have been customized with specific names, logos, or designs)
- Hoodies, jumpers, and tees that have been visibly worn, damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer
- Hoodies, jumpers, and tees that have been washed or laundered
- Hoodies, jumpers, and tees with makeup, tan stains, or any other visible signs of use

International and United Kingdom Returns
Returns can be sent to I am a Krank, Eley Industrial Estate, Unit 35 Nobel Rd, London N18 3DW from your chosen courier service.
The rate charged will depend on the courier used. This charge will be the customer’s responsibility.
